Only in the first few months of 2023, we have a varied selection of future Xbox Series X titles. Some significant upcoming PS5 games that are finally released to look forward to!

• The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is an upcoming game that will launch on May 12, 2023, for Nintendo Switch. The game’s logo prominently features an ouroboros, which looks like a snake eating its own tail and is a symbol for infinity. Some fans have theorized that Tears of the Kingdom is part of a time loop in the larger Zelda timeline. The title “Tears of the Kingdom” could refer to physical items or rips in the fabric of space and time.
The first trailer for Tears of the Kingdom showed what might be a very dehydrated Ganondorf. In summer 2021, we got a deeper look at the game which showed us Link’s new powers and his luscious locks. The most recent trailer from Tuesday was largely cinematic and did not reveal much about gameplay.
As of March 3, 2023, there is no official information about what happens in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Fans have speculated that it could be part of a time loop or involve rips in space and time.
• Metroid Prime Remastered
Metroid Prime Remastered is a remastered version of the 2002 GameCube first-person adventure/shooter for the Nintendo Switch. • The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt – Complete Edition is an action role-playing games in 2023. It is developed and published by CD Projekt. It is the sequel to the 2011 game The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings and the third game in The Witcher video game series, played in an open world with a third-person perspective. The game takes place in a fictional fantasy world based on Slavic mythology. Players control Geralt of Rivia, a monster slayer for hire known as a Witcher.
The Complete Edition contains the base game, offering a huge, over 100-hour long, open-world adventure, as well as both of its massive story expansions: Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine. • Persona 4
Persona 4 is a role-playing video game developed and published by Atlus for the PlayStation 2 in Japan in July 2008, North America in December 2008, and Europe in March 2009. It is chronologically the fifth installment in the Persona series, itself a part of the larger Megami Tensei franchise. The game takes place in a fictional Japanese countryside and follows a group of high school students as they discover the truth behind a string of serial murder cases that are occurring around their town.

• Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty
Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is an action role-playing video game developed by Team Ninja and published by Koei Tecmo. The game is set in a dark fantasy version of the Later Han Dynasty where demons plague the Three Kingdoms. Players can create and customize their own player avatar, choose from one of five “phases,” and select two options for closed range attacks. To succeed in combat, players are required to deflect.
The game offers a New Game Plus mode that unlocks after beating the final boss. In this mode, players can obtain 5-star gear and experience other changes. Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is scheduled for release on March 3, 2023, on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
• Resident Evil 4
Resident Evil 4 is a third-person action-adventure game released in 2005. It is the sixth main game in the Resident Evil franchise and follows Leon S. Kennedy, a former R.P.D. officer who travels to a remote Spanish village to investigate the kidnapping of the U.S. President’s daughter by a mysterious cult. The game ditches many of its survival horror traits, becoming an accessible third-person shooter.
It features a new “behind the back” movement camera angle and an “over the shoulder” aiming feature that allows players to control their gun movement for specific body part hits. Players must fight against hordes of enemies, including villagers infected with the T-Virus, as they attempt to rescue Ashley Graham, the President’s daughter. A remake of Resident Evil 4 is set to release on March 24, 2023 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows. It is one of the top games in 2023.
• The last of us
The Last of Us is a critically acclaimed action-adventure game developed by Naughty Dog. It is published by Sony Computer Entertainment. The game follows Joel, a smuggler tasked with escorting Ellie, a teenage girl, across a post-apocalyptic United States. The game is played from a third-person perspective and players use firearms, improvised weapons, hand-to-hand combat, and stealth to defend against hostile humans and cannibalistic creatures. These creatures are infected by a mutated strain of the Cordyceps fungus.
The Last of Us has been praised for its emotional storytelling, unforgettable characters and suspenseful action-adventure gameplay. It has won over 500 Game of the Year awards. This game is considered one of the best video games ever made. A sequel to the game called The Last of Us Part II was announced in December 2016. It was released in June 2020.
